Creating your first product
Last updated: 2026-07-v1
A product is what buyers actually purchase — a bundle of one or more of your assets. Here's how to build one and get it live.
Build the product
From Dashboard → Products, create a new product and add the assets you've uploaded. Give it a clear title and a description that tells buyers what's inside and how they'll use it.

The product editor
Each part of a product is its own section down the left — title, hero image, buyer files, gallery, format and genre, description, pricing, and tags. Work through them in any order: a checkmark marks what's done, a dot flags what still needs you. The panel on the right is a live preview of exactly what buyers will see, so you're never guessing.

Price it
Set a price. You can make it free by setting the price to 0, but you do have to decide — a blank price stops you from publishing.
Tag it
Tags are how buyers refine a search down to what they're really after — a map's setting, its style, the kind of encounter it's built for. The store matches and filters results on your tags, so the more accurate ones you add, the more searches your product turns up in. One tag is the minimum to publish, but it pays to be thorough: picture the words a GM would type when they're hunting for exactly this, and tag for those.
Publish
When it's ready, hit Publish. The first time you publish a product, that's a drop — and if you've opted to notify followers, your Pro followers hear about it right away and your other followers 48 hours later.
While a product is still a draft, your changes save automatically — leave and come back anytime. Once it's published, edits are staged: hit Push changes live to apply them, or they're discarded when you leave (we'll warn you first).
If you ever want to stop selling something without deleting it, archive it — archived products come off the store but stay in your account, and you can restore them to a draft later.
