Setting up your storefront
Last updated October 2026
Your storefront is your public creator page: your name, your look and everything you sell, in one place. It has its own draft and live states, separate from your products, so you can get everything lined up before you go public.
Set it up
Open Dashboard → Storefront. Three things are required before you can publish:
- a Display name, the name buyers will know you by
- a Storefront URL: dungeonstock.com/creators/ followed by 3 to 40 lowercase letters, numbers and single hyphens, starting and ending with a letter or number
- your Seller status (see below)
An avatar (PNG, JPG or WebP, 1024 × 1024 px recommended) and a tagline of up to 140 characters are optional, but they help buyers recognize you. While your storefront is a draft, your changes save as you go.

The rest of the page
The rail down the left lists every section: Identity, Banner, Social links, Latest releases, Origin quote, Featured products, About, About me video, Tools, Process gallery and Seller status. Fill in the ones that suit you.
To leave a section off your page, press the eye next to it in the rail (on a smaller screen, use the Sections button). The section then reads "Hidden from storefront" until you press Show. Identity, Banner and Seller status are always on the page.
Seller status
EU consumer law requires marketplaces to show whether a seller acts as a business or as a private individual, so we ask: Do you sell your maps as a business?
- Yes, as a business, even if it's just you. Buyers in the EU see "Professional seller" under your name on your product pages.
- No, privately: now and then, not as work. Buyers in the EU see "Private individual", with a note that EU consumer-protection rights don't apply to the purchase.
Buyers outside the EU don't see this line.
Not sure? You're probably selling as a business if you release new work regularly (here or on Patreon), sell the same maps somewhere else too, earn a real part of your income from it, or are self-employed, a sole trader, a company or registered for VAT. If you're sharing a few maps you made for your own games, now and then, you're probably a private individual.
Publish
Press Publish storefront. If something's missing, a line under the button says what ("Can't go live yet: seller status not declared", for example) with a See what's left link that opens the checklist, just as it works for products. Once it's live, buyers can visit it at your storefront URL.
Changing a live storefront
Once your storefront is live, your edits wait in the editor and buyers see the live version until you save. A bar at the bottom counts your unsaved changes and offers Preview, Discard and Save. If you try to leave with unsaved changes, we'll ask whether to Save changes or Discard changes.
Changing your Storefront URL on a live storefront breaks your old links. Once you save, the old address stops working, and we don't redirect it.
To take the page down, press Unpublish. Buyers can't view your storefront until you publish again, and your products stay on sale.
