DungeonStock Acceptable Use Policy

Version 2026-07-v1 — Last updated 2026-07-03

By using DungeonStock you agree not to engage in any of the prohibited activities listed below. Violations may result in account suspension, content removal, and forfeiture of pending payouts.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, share, request, or distribute content that:

  • Depicts or sexualizes minors in any form.
  • Violates third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks.
  • Contains malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt platform infrastructure.
  • Incites violence, harassment, or discrimination against any individual or group.
  • Constitutes harassment, doxing, or threats directed at any user.

2. Prohibited Behavior

You may not:

  • Use the platform to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive content.
  • Attempt to access another user's account or platform systems without authorization.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any platform system without prior written consent.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract content beyond what the public API permits.
  • Manipulate ratings, reviews, sales counts, or any other discovery signals.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense purchased assets in violation of the asset license.

3. Reviews & Communications

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences with the purchased product. Reviews that are abusive, off-topic, or paid-for will be removed. Messages to creators must be respectful and related to platform business.

4. Reporting

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, report it through the in-app support flow or by emailing legal@dungeonstock.com. We review reports we receive and act in line with this policy and applicable law.

5. Enforcement

DungeonStock may, at its discretion, warn, suspend, terminate, or remove access for any user found to have violated this policy. Severe violations (illegal content, fraud, repeated copyright infringement) result in immediate termination without warning. Pending payouts for terminated accounts may be withheld pending investigation.

5.1 How Moderation Works

We remove or restrict content that is illegal or breaches this policy or our Terms. Reports submitted through our report form and content flagged by our automated systems are reviewed by our team; we do not rely on automated decisions alone for account terminations or content removals of consequence.

When we remove or restrict your content or account, we provide a statement of reasons where required — identifying the content, the ground relied on (this policy, our Terms, or the law), and how to contest the decision. You can contest a decision by replying to the notice we send. EU/EEA users may also raise a decision with their national authorities or an out-of-court dispute-settlement body. Our electronic contact point for users and authorities is on our Contact & Legal Notices page.

6. Changes

DungeonStock may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Material changes will trigger a re-acceptance prompt on next sign-in.
