Buying and downloading

Found something you want? Here's how to get from the product page to files on your drive.

Buy it or add it to your cart

The buy box on the product page shows the ways you can pay for it:

• Buy for $X USD takes you straight to card checkout for this one product.
• Buy with Ngp appears when your Gold balance covers the price. Click it, then Confirm Purchase.
• Top up & buy appears instead if you subscribe but don't have enough Gold yet. The line under it tells you how many gp you need.
• Add to cart, under the main buttons, lets you line up a few products and pay for them together.

Free products have nothing to pay. Click Claim & download and the product goes straight to your Library.

Use a coupon

Got a code from a creator? Click Add coupon on their product page, or use the Enter coupon code field in your cart, then click Apply. A coupon only works on that creator's products, and it lowers both the cash price and the gp price.

Check out

Checkout is handled by Stripe, so your card details go straight to them, not us. Card orders have a $2.00 minimum, so a very cheap product may need to go in your cart alongside something else. Any sales tax is worked out at checkout and shows on the order in your order history.

We also email you a receipt with your order number, which looks like DS-7KQ2M-9XAPB.

If a creator you back on Patreon has sent you their unlock link, follow it and connect your Patreon. Products your pledge covers then show Free with Patreon with a Claim & download button. They stay yours while you're a patron.

Download your files

Right after checkout you land on a confirmation page. Download all (.zip) grabs the whole product in one go, and View files opens its downloads page.

The downloads page lists every file in the product. From there you can:

1. Click Download all to get everything as one ZIP. The button shows how big it is.
2. Type in Filter files by name or use the sort buttons to find a particular file.
3. Tick the files you want and click Download selected (.zip). A single ZIP holds up to 1,000 files, so pick fewer if you're over that.

You can come back to it any time from the product page (Go to downloads) or from your Library.

Leave a review

Once you own a product, you can rate it from its product page under Write a review. Pick 1 to 5 stars and add a few words if you like, then click Post review. Only people who own the product can review it.
