How DungeonStock Protects Creator IP

DungeonStock takes creator intellectual property and platform safety seriously. Every asset is processed through our moderation pipeline, which includes:

  • Automated content classification for policy and safety red flags
  • Human review queue for flagged uploads
  • Repeat-infringer enforcement — accounts responsible for repeated confirmed infringement may be suspended or terminated
  • Takedown-on-notice for valid DMCA reports, as promptly as practicable after a complete notice

Content that is illegal under applicable law is removed when identified and, where required, reported to the appropriate authorities.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you are a rights holder and believe content on DungeonStock infringes your copyright, use our online reporting form at /copyright-report. The form captures everything required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), including:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with a URL or asset ID.
  4. Your contact information (address, phone, email).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use is not authorized.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.

Incomplete notices may be rejected.

What Happens After You File

  1. We aim to acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.
  2. If the notice is complete and facially valid, we remove or disable access to the identified material expeditiously.
  3. We notify the uploader, provide a copy of the notice, and explain the counter-notice process.

Counter-Notice Procedure

An uploader who believes their content was removed in error may submit a counter-notice to dmca@dungeonstock.com containing:

  1. Physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the removed material and its prior location.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the uploader has a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. The uploader's name, address, phone number, and consent to federal court jurisdiction.

If a valid counter-notice is received, we forward it to the complainant. Unless the complainant files a court action within 10–14 business days per 17 U.S.C. §512(g), we may restore the material.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Consistent with 17 U.S.C. §512(i), DungeonStock maintains a policy of suspending or terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We evaluate repeat infringement on a case-by-case basis — considering the number and nature of valid takedown notices and related complaints tied to an account — rather than through any fixed strike count or automatic escalation. A user whose account is actioned for repeat infringement may contact us through our normal support channels.

Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
