How VTT exports work
DungeonStock products that include a Universal VTT file (.uvtt / .dd2vtt / .df2vtt) can be imported directly into Foundry VTT, Owlbear Rodeo, and Roll20 with walls, doors, and lights pre-configured. Here's what to install on each platform.
Foundry VTT
Install the free Universal Battlemap Importermodule from Foundry's built-in module browser. Drag the .uvtt file onto a scene to import the map with walls and lights.
Some products also include a Foundry module.zip. Drop this into your Data/modules/folder for a richer drop-in experience with the creator's full content layout.
Owlbear Rodeo
Install the free UVTT-Importer browser extension. Open your Owlbear room and use the importer to load the .uvtt file as a scene with the Dynamic Fog walls pre-built.
Roll20
Roll20 imports require the UniversalVTTImporter API script, which is available on the Pro subscription tier. Free and Plus accounts cannot use the API script and will need to import map images manually.
Other platforms
The raw map images (PNG / WebP / WebM) and PDF setup notes work in any virtual tabletop or printed format. Walls and lights are platform-specific — they're embedded in the .uvtt file and require one of the importers above to render.
